Buying ECCO shoes made easy

If it is the first time you have visited us or have little experience of placing an order on line, we have created this guide to help you through the process.

Search option

If you know the 5 digit shoe number of the style you are looking for then you can type it into the search box and press “GO”

Click “Advanced Search” for a more detailed search of the shoes available on our website

Using the drop down menus to narrow down your options, you will only see the shoes available in your size, category and price range that you are interested in.

Information provided

When choosing a shoe, ECCO Oxford has provided as much information for you as possible to help with your decision. On the right hand side of every page is a list of facts so you know as much as you can before buying. This includes details such as water resistance, heel height, materials, insoles and fit guidelines

The swatches under the picture show the available colours

Although ECCO shoes come in European sizes, when you open up the drop down menu for sizes we have included a conversion list so you can be sure to order the correct size

Select the size and colour that you require
Amend the quantity if you require more than 1 pair
Click on either of the “Add to basket” buttons

Your basket shows what you have chosen, before proceeding ensure that you are happy with the contents.

If you need to adjust the quantity of shoes to purchase, amend the figure in the “Quantity” box and click “Change”

To remove a pair of shoes from the basket click “Remove”

Should you not wish to proceed with your order, please click “Empty this basket”

Login and Registration

As a returning customer please enter your email address and password

If this is your first visit to ECCO Oxford we ask that you enter your details to proceed

Insert your name and address in the relevant fields, checking your postcode is correct

We ask for your telephone number because we need to be able to contact you should we have a question regarding your order

Paying for your order

Select your card type, VISA or MasterCard, from the drop down list
Type in your name as it appears on the card
Carefully insert the long number from the front of your card without spaces
CV2 number is the 3 last digits on the back of your card
Complete the valid from and expiry date fields
We can deliver your order to an alternative address if this is more convenient to you
Let us know in the Comments box if you have any special instructions for the courier if you are out when delivery is attempted
Check back to ensure all details are correct and then click “Confirm payment”
