Advise on buying

At ECCO Oxford we thought you would appreciate some guide-lines on what to look for to ensure your shoes will arrive

• Look at contact us page and check the online shop is based in the UK. Ours is in Oxford.

• Look for a helpline or order line number. Does it have a regional code? Ours is 01865 for Oxford, but some  may be freephone numbers or premium rate numbers.

• Check the returns policy, so you know that you can return unsuitable, unworn products. This may incur additional costs.

• Check that the returns address is based in the UK and that the full address is given. Ours is, ECCO Oxford, 20 New Inn Hall Street, Oxford, OX1 2DW.

• In the UK, ECCO shoes have an rrp. Sometimes offers on web sites are 'too good to be true' and they usually are!

• Secure payment; ensure that the seller uses a secure payment system with encryption. You are informed of ours on our check out page. When you make the payment the url of the webpage has a padlock at the beginning, this is a sign of security. We also pass, every time, our PCSI, the payment by card industry regulations.
