Definition: Insole
The inside of the shoe on which the sole of the foot rests. Insoles are either non-removable, or removable.
Non-removable insoles are generally leather, but may be Micro-fibre, or another material depending on the style of shoe.
Removable insoles are generally leather covered Comfort Fibre System, Poliyou®, or Cambrelle; other materials such as felt are also used.
Both Comfort Fibre System and Poliyou® insoles can be ordered separately.
ECCO recommends that you have at least one extra pair of insoles so that you can change them every day, thereby allowing the pair just used to ‘rest' for 24 hours. During that time they will give off any moisture and be completely ready for re-use.
